Bakers Three: About us

"The Bakers Three" started out as three friends with a love for cooking and baking. We met at the same culinary school and in between studying, we experimented with recipe variations for cookies, cupcakes, muffins, donuts, and a variety of sandwiches. We became popular with study groups by bringing our creations to sessions for extra study motivation for our classmates. Our baked creations were a great success, so after graduation we decided to transform our passion into a business.

We chose to operate in Pioneer Square because of its prized location and community feel. We felt that we could bring to the table--no pun intended!--a localized effort to bring people together through superior food and service. Although we began as a store front serving walk-in clientele, we have expanded our business to gift basket creation and corporate catering. Our evolution in this direction grew from public demand. Our walk-ins were so pleased with our food and service that we received continous requests to design bakery packages as gifts and more large orders at breakfast and lunch than the three of us could handle! In order to meet this need, we expanded our operations, hired more people, and are operating today with the aim to please our customers more than ever before

Our doors are open to the public from 5 am through 3 pm 7 days a week. Our storefront is closed on holidays, but our business operations are open upon prearranged request to cater parties..
